Is it right? No. Do we all do it? Yes. If you allow others to dictate how you feel you will probably always feel put out, mad or just plain crazy. Make up your mind that you will have a good day and feel great about those around you and yourself.
Sometime it may be right if the way you feel is the result of what someone has done to you.
