I have just contacted Müller Dairy (uk) Customer Relations Department as I am currently pregnant myself. They have assured me that they are perfectly safe to drink whilst pregnant as long as it is the recommended one a day and you don't drink gallons of the stuff.
It is safe to drink, yes. But be care full not to drink a gallon or so a day, EVERYDAY for 9 months, for it may consequences.
