depends on what is on it. If it is still clean and raw, there shouldn't be a problem. If you'll notice, there is very little effort to refrigerate fresh veggies such as brocolli at the grocery store. If i knew the brocolli was somewhere it would stay clean I wouldn't hesitate to eat it.
