Dogs can eat boneless, skinless chicken and rice (should be whole grain). A matter of fact, breeder feed this to their pets. Its actually nutritious and filling. Do not add spices. You can also give them a dry all natural food on the side or vitamin supplements that are meant for dogs. Try to buy chicken that is not given hormones or steriods it will say on the package.

1 cup of chicken , 1 one cup of rice . .. feed to DOG !
depending on the dog if it is large it should be safe but smaller dogs have different digestive system so it would be a lot more safe for big dogs.

Yes this is an easily digested food for dogs. Many commercial dog food companies sell dry dog foos with chicken and rice as a main ingredient.
You should not feed your dog anything at all that might be to old. By not knowing how old it is the smart thing to do would be to not feed your dog the chicken. It is better to be safe than sorry and in this case your dog could get very sick.
My sister had to feed her dog rice because it had digestive problems and it wouldn't eat it either so she tried boiling it in chicken or beef broth and he ate the heck out of it. Hope this helps :)
You can feed your puppy rice with their puppy chow. In fact, most veterinarians will instruct you to feed your dog rice with boiled chicken or cottage cheese when your dog becomes ill. This is because these foods are very bland and will not upset your dog's stomach as easily as their regular food.

The ratio for rice to chicken for a dog is 2 parts rice to 1 part chicken. For example, for a puppy it would be recommended to fix 1/3 cup of chicken and 2/3 cup of rice for their meal.
