actually its ok. ive searched all over and on everything ive seen your fine! but the itching gets annoying so try to eat lots or fruits veggies fiber and 2-3 cloves of garlic. You will not die. its actually the most common parasite in the world! Also they LOVE sugar so try to stay as away as possible from that. another way too get rid of them is too save your fesses till night time because that's when they come out and its easier too get rid of them then. try to keep your fingernails short and clean,wear clean clothes,and wash everyone in your family's sheets. hopefully that helps!
