∙ 9y agoNo. Advil PM is not a sleep aid medicine, and like all synthetic drugs has a potential for abuse and harm to your body. Talk to your doctor about a possible case of insomnia if you have a history of prolonged difficulty of falling asleep.

∙ 12y agoAs long as you stay under the recommended dosage of Tylenol per 24 hours, you should be fine. Tylenol is non-addictive. And the recommended dosage for Tylenol is 1500mg per 24 hour period.

you can take robitussin with Tylenol and be perfectly fine i do it all the time in the winter months or i can't sleep with the cough and the aches and pains i need both to be able to get up and somewhat function in the morning
