I'd let the manager know that you suspect someone has been hacking into your computer and repeating the information obtained to your coworkers, and suggest that he look into the possible theft of company confidential information as well. At a guess, it's probably just some jerk in IT messing around, but if you can make your manager think you're really concerned about it then he might go yell at the IT manager to make his team quick jerking around and actually do some work.
