yes it is true although its more of a dark figure of a girl then a ghost. when i was 15 me and my friends had a sleep over and we tryed it. you only see it for 3-5secounds but still it was freaky
I never belived it but when i tryed it out about a year ago a figure was behind me for a secound i was scared like fk i couldn't sleep for weeks i recomend u don't try this unless you want your life to be scarrd
