That is actually not true! You can NOT get to Rockhopper island by playing Hydro - Hopper! The answer is: When Rockhopper comes in summer, go onto his ship and stay there until he leaves, (I haven't done this before but i think this is true, and you have to stay on the computer) and then you will be there and you will get the stamp for doing it.
