No. It's a fallacy to say that anyone other than Christ "founded a church;" no one else (in history) had or has the authority to do so (Matthew 28:18).
Paul's missionary efforts resulted in the establishment of several far-flung congregations of Christ's ONEchurch.
Peter's ministry was less missionary in nature than Paul's. However, the very first congregation in Jerusalem was born out of Peter's sermon on the Day of Pentecost (Acts 2), and it's reasonable to assume that a congregation of the Lord's church resulted in Caesarea following Peter's conversion of the household of Cornelius, recorded in Acts 10.

The elders mentioned in 1 Peter 5:5 are merely older men and appear to be shepherds. While elder was a common term to to refer to those clergy and others who were in charge of leading the churches, it does not carry that connotation here.

The Eastern (Orthodox) and Western (Catholic) churches are the two main branches of Christianity. The Eastern Church is composed of national churches that are in communion with the Patriarch of Constantinople, while the Western Church is under the jurisdiction of the Pope in Rome. The two churches have different theological traditions and practices. The main differences between the Eastern (Orthodox) and Western (Catholic) churches are: -The Eastern Church uses the Byzantine Rite while the Western Church uses the Latin Rite. -The Eastern Church is organized into Patriarchates while the Western Church is organized into Dioceses. -The Eastern Church teaches that the Bishop of Rome is the first among equals while the Western Church teaches that the Bishop of Rome is the supreme Pontiff. -The Eastern Church is composed of national churches while the Western Church is composed of local churches 678217.
All three are "Christian" religions Catholics believe in the Trinity, LDS and INC churches do not. Catholic and LDS churches see Christ as a God (although in very different ways). INC does not see Christ as a God, but as a mediator between man and God the Father. The Catholic church professes to be the same continuous church that Christ founded while he was on the earth. LDS and INC churches believe that the church Christ founded fell into apostasy after the death of the apostles, and therefore profess to be a restoration of the church Christ founded while he was on the earth. According to each sect: The Catholic church has a Pope, who has the authority of God, passed all the way down from Peter. The INC was restored by a Prophet (Felix Manolo) with the authority of god, but he was the last that will be seen on the earth. The LDS Church claims to have been restored by a Prophet as well, but claims that the authority of God carried by that man (Joseph Smith Jr) has been passed down (similar to Catholic authority) and that the Church today is still led by a living prophet and twelve apostles. There are plenty more things to compare. These are the biggest (imho).
Samuel de Champlain founded Québec City in 1608 while Jean de Maisonneuve founded Montréal in 1642.
Churches is plural of Church(e.g. The town has many churches) Church's is talking about one church. (e.g.: The Church's walls are painted white) You would use Church's to describe one church while you would use Churches in plural sentences. Hope this helped!
