Apparently there will be new episodes of "Beavis and Butthead" but this lacks verification/confirmation : "On July 14, 2010, the return of Beavis and Butt-head was confirmed to the New York Post by sources at MTV. Mike Judge will create the new series and once again provide the voices of Beavis and Butt-head. The new series will feature the duo still in high school and will feature current Music Videos for the duo to comment on and make fun of. The animation will still remain traditionally hand-drawn." Yes, it is possible. There are several instances where cancelled shows have been revived. Family Guy, Beavis & Butthead & Futurama to name three.Arrested Development can be half counted, it is being revived for one season but it will be on Netflix.Boondocks is another that returned for a final season, after years off the air, although that may not have been officially cancelled as the others were. However if you're asking can the average person get a cancelled show back on the air... No.

It was the last episode so they called it that ...Untill now that is, Mike Judge is at it again. There remaking them again, long live Beavis and Butt-head!
