If you were job hunting while you were supposed to be at work, that would constitute an unexcused absence. Some companies will terminate an employee after a certain amount of accumulated unexcused absences during a certain time period. If you were job hunting while at work using the employer's telephone or computer, that would be classified as conducting personal business on company time and/or using company property for personal use or unauthorized use of company property. These offenses could be grounds for dismissal. Where does the unethical behavior lie? With the employee or the employer?
You can legally fire someone for no reason because Missouri is an at will state. They do not have to give you a reason why they are firing you.

because u could kill someone and set all the trees on fire
No, they deserve to be fired for what they did. It is not illegal to fire someone for anything.
You should not tell them and it is illegal for them to ask. It is also illegal to fire someone over it or not hire someone for being pregnant. Just don't tell them about your personal life at all, it is none of their business and they would be unethical to ask anything personal.
I am goin to fire someone
try searching for it in swfcabin.com
Some might believe they're still in the building, which can lead to firefighters taking pointless risks in searching an empty building.
let them smell your baby first, that will determine whether or not you will be fired
This would be abhorrent behavior. To fire people for merely joining together for their own welfare is widely considered to be very unethical.
