It really makes no difference other than personal comfort. Warm/cold temperatures do not effect the progression of the disease as there are no studies to show more flare ups for Canadian patients as opposed to those living in the tropics. Removing cold weather clothing and sitting your butt down on an ice cold toilet seat 20 times per day is not much fun however.
