I think it's not all a bad idea to take up MBA after bsc botany.
firstly, ther is hardly any scope for bsc.bot students in this respective field; infact even a PG will not be sufficient if you want to earn hard money!!
& if one is a bright,smart and above all,confident..i guess then,one must go for MBA
i myself,am studying in third year botany from a reputed college as well as planning to give the CAT 2009..
iF I get through..great! but if not.. i won't give up.. i 'll try the next year again..!
i know i am doing the right thing..n inspite of all the harsh criticism i have to face further (since I'm in an orthodox field applying for MBA programme)..i am going to keep trying :) :)

It depends upon your interest. If you have target of MBA then I would suggest opt for BCA or BSC not BBA. As if you go for BCA and BSC then it would be more knowledge and diversified field for you. In future it may help you for job or biz for more field. I would suggest as per my view go for BSc and then MBA.
