Yes it is very worthwhile to shop at thrift stores. You save money. You stop clothes from going into landfill. However you have inspect your clothes you choose to buy as a few workers my not check the items closely enough. Some people donate items with rips or stains and that is not good. You do not want to get such items unless you are getting work clothes for Janitor job in that case it won't mater
