NO. If a girl has a boyfriend then that doesn't mean she wouldn't like to speak to anyone else. Girls often feel the need to talk to more and more boys, she also wants to make new friends.You should never leave something like this in your heart. If you really love her and if you tell that to her she may find you better that her boyfriend and may change her mind . She can also be your friend.
