In ancient times when Leviticus was written it was denounced as a sin as was :
Any person who curseth his mother or father, must be killed. (Leviticus 20:9)
If a man cheats on his wife, or vise versa, both the man and the woman must die. (Leviticus 20:10)
If a man has sex with a woman on her period, they are both to be "cut off from their people" (Leviticus 20:18)
People who have flat noses, or is blind or lame, cannot go to an altar of God (Leviticus 21:17-18)
and in Deuteronomy:
If you find out a city worships a different god, destroy the city and kill all of it's inhabitants... even the animals. (Deuteronomy 13:12-15)
Kill anyone with a different religion. (Deuteronomy 17:2-7)
As these were under the Old Covenant and any true Christian is under the New Covenant with Jesus (who never condemned homosexuals) - the only person to do so in the New Testament was Paul who was brought up as a strict Jew under the Old Covenant and really tried to impose those views onto Christianity. Paul also condoned slavery which speaks volumes.
Therefore in my view it can not be wrong to be gay in the christian faith as it is how God made a few of his people.

A cure has been created, which will make you lose faith or to be more clear "have a choice of faith" instead of being born christain like 87% of America's population is.
