"Attraction" is not really a problem. Acting on that attraction, having sex with any underaged person is against the law, and will subject you to severe criminal penalties. Having sex with a pre-teenaged child has very severe negative psychological effects, and can do serious emotional/psychological harm.
If you do have such an attraction, try to accept that you have an attraction that you cannot, must not ever act on, and find a safer focus for your sexual feelings.
