All parts of the Jasmine plant are extremely toxic to dogs. They will usually regurgitate but if they ingest a large amount (such as a puppy chewing the bark off of a tree) they can suffer from renal failure and die. It's best when you have a new dog to remove any Jasmine in the yard.
