Hilary agreed and after working on the song she did an interview saying that she was going to also release a video to go with the song. However Avril Lavigne then showed the contract she had with the press and record company saying that she had been working on a song with some of the same lines before Hilary. So it was a scheme Avril planned against Hilary but then she admitted to it with the interview with 'Teen Pop' magazine so Hilary never got sewed or anything. -Melissa
