As far as I know Belvedere, the palace, is in Vienna in Austria and not in the county of Kent (UK). So... no, it's not in kent.

No - Brighton is on the South coast of England - close to East Sussex ! Actually, when you write your address anywhere and you live in Birghton, when ask for county, East Sussex is what you should put in. So defintiely not Kent.
