Yes, Kingdom Hearts: Unversed (which is the English name for BBS) will be coming out to the U.S.
Sadly, Kingdom Hearts: Coded, and Final Mix 1&2, will not.
(P.s its expected to release in Japan around the same time as Final Fantasy XIII, which is coming out in japan around Jan 2010, and we get FFXIII in June 2010, so We may be getting it around July-September, while Japan could see it around Jan-March.)

When does KH 3 come out?
Supposedly Kingdom Hearts III is going to come out in the United States in Spring of 2010, along with a prequal to the original Kingdom Hearts, Birth By Sleep. Birth By Sleep is said to take place 10 years before the original KH. The main characters will be Terra, Ven, and Aqua. Ven appears to look quite a bit like Roxas from KH II. in KH II, we learn that Roxas is a nobody, so BBS may elaborate into this. KH III is coming out for the PlayStation 3, BBS is coming out, supposedly for the PlayStation Portable (PSP). KH III, from what I've heard, is going to take place after KH II. Well, since they're on different consoles, beating Birth By Sleep won't unlock anything in Re:coded. In terms of story, Re:coded takes place after KH2, and Birth By Sleep is a prequel to the whole series. Birth By Sleep fills in a lot of backstory, but it's not necessary to understand Re:coded, which was released on mobile phones on Japan a while before Birth By Sleep.
