I noticed a result using actual lemons, then I slowly changed to lemon concentrate and had to mix more concentrate in with water every day to keep the results. Actual lemons work, not so much concentrate so try real lemon juice at first mixed with some lukewarm water.
*Advice-drink with a straw and try not to let any of the liquid touch your teeth to avoid tooth/enamel decay
