An Appaloosa although you may get the breed of the light bay. You can't choose the coat or gender of the foal. And unless it's purebred you can't choose the breed either.

They are attracted to light. So are termites when they swarm. Indoors, they will invariably go for the windows during the day.
They are a soft feather light breed
to grow indoors try using high pressure sodium flood lights ( you can get them at home depot)
