Considering how Christians organizes The Bible, there can be 49 or 66 books in the Bible. If I'm not mistaken, Jews have 21 OT books and not the 27 NT writings.

Sticking with the 66 book organization then, all New Testament writings except the Book of Acts contain the term 'love.' In the Old Testament, Ezra (some join this with Nehemiah whic contains the term ), Joel, Obadiah, Jonah, Nahum, Habakkuk, and Haggai omit this term in the New King James Version of Scripture.
