Depends. A Macintosh and Windows have serious compatibility issues. Games from the previous generation are just now getting added to the list. Go to apple.com and see a list. Starcraft is one of the few games actually compatible (if you download a file). Otherwise, you are going to have to look for special MAC labels on games or games that say they are compatible for PC and MAC (Games for Windows - Halo, Crysis, Battlefield are all uncompatible). In terms of performance, a MAC is perfect for gaming. If you have to, buy a software that allows both OS to perform on the computer. All this requires is a Windows OS disc. However, doing such will slow your MAC considerably.
Sure is.
Check out the game requirements so you know if it can play the game your looking at. Not all high end games work on laptops very well. The draw backs of laptops are they don't have the high end graphics card and larger processors like the towers do. Heat and battery power are the big problems.
You can usually get the games to work on the lower settings. Windows machines have the same issues.
Some games won't work with "Mobile Graphics" type cards.
Although some games will run on a Mac OS, many games for Mac are Power PC applications, which to my knowledge are not compatible with the current OS system. However you could install Boot Camp onto your Macbook Pro to run Windows 8 in order to play PC games. This is how I got round the limitations to gaming on a Mac anyway.
Yes, Macs can play online and offline computer games.
Ofcourse it can, as long as there is a mac os version of the game available.
Many Dell computers are not very good at gaming, and the n5010 is within that "not so good" range. If you are looking for a gaming computer, I suggest something that cannot get viruses as easily. Such as a MacBook Pro, AlienWare, or iMac.
Cause Mac is horrible for gaming.
NO
MacBook Pro is the best you can get
The base 13" Macbook Pro will pretty much meet any need you have short of gaming. Save yourself some money by buying a refurbished model from Apple. Or, if you are a student then buy from the Educational Store.
macbook pro with retina display way better
MacBook Pro!
The macbook pro!
Depends on what you need it for! Gaming: Alianware Work: HP Elite book IMO, the best laptop you can buy is a Macbook Pro.
you probably should get the MacBook. they are cheaper than the MacBook Pro. now, if you want a bigger screen, then get a MacBook Pro.
Unfortunately the MacBook Pro seldom sells for a reduced price. If you are looking to find the best price for a MacBook Pro I would suggest checking Amazon, or the online auctions on EBay.
There is no age limit for getting a MacBook Pro.
