In actuallity, human act is different from act of man. Human acts comes from desire, or the voluntariness or willingness of a person to do things. Such that the act of man is quite the opposite of Human acts. Acts of man is something done involuntarily. People didn't choose to live with it but are "forced to"-not in the sense physically forced. Simple examples for human acts are:
1. To give a gift to a friend
2. Study for an exam
3. Letting someone else do your homework
-in the sense, you really are willing to do these Examples for Acts of man:
1. Choose one's gender
2. Drinking water everday
3. Living in the only life God gave to us
-so this makes it seem that we are actually living this way without really knowing. Hope I helped. :)
Not if it was a legal sale.
No, A gun does not act on its own- it requires a human being.
No more than the maker of a car being morally responsible for deaths caused by drunk drivers.
It's The direction you point the gun
Only when makers of spoons are morally responsible for people that have heart attacks from being overweight. Axe makers are not responsible for a murderer killing someone with an axe. Oil companies are not responsible for the arsonist that uses gasoline to start a fire.
At the Point of a Gun - 1919 was released on: USA: 23 September 1919
If you have a valid handgun permit from any U.S. state, you can carry the gun loaded and have it anywhere in the vehicle. If you do not have a valid carry permit, you must abide by federal transport law, which basically says the gun must be unloaded and not accessible. The best choice is unloaded and in the trunk with the ammo in a separate container.
Yes morally most would agree and the law says you do, death by a handgun you own due to negligence (carelessness, etc) is a crime
I would consider it a fair gun. Not the best, not the worst.
Are you asking or telling.
It isn't democracy.
During a criminal act: Yes. It's just downright unsafe to ever point a BB gun at someone.
