Good chance since he has filed for CH 11 last year.

There are few companies willing to take on his with the past record for safety to the company. so worse case scenario would be a sell off such as Schneider did for heavy haul years ago.

If you pay your mortgage on time with a check that is dishonored by your bank and then that mortgage is sold prior to the end of the next month will that 30-day late pay show up on your credit report?

In cases where your mortgage is sold to another bank, you usually have a grace period of 30 days or more to pay the new company. If the old company says you are late, then you are late and it will eventually show up on your credit report. But call your mortgage company to be sure of all this, they will work with you since they want your business and don't want to have to take your home away - they get a lot less for it at an auction. You may have a fee to pay for being late.

How long before repo or finance company gives up and just writes it off?

Can a company borrow money to lend it to its directors to buy or sell its own shares?

A director can borrow money from his/her company. So theoretically, borrowing money to help a director to buy or sell own shares is possible. Because, by definition we know that a company is an artificial being. So, there may be relationship between a person and a company or more precisely a director and a company; there is nothing to do "How that money will be utilized by that director." The most important question to the lender will be whether he/she get back the money or not, what to be done with that money is not a primary query for the lender. But company law of a country may or may not accept that.

Eddie Stobart is a trucking company. Jehovah's Witnesses have no commercial interests. It is possible that Jehovah's Witnesses may have employed Eddie Stobart's services or other trucking companies to ship literature at some point in time. It is likely that such use of a private trucking company would be limited since the Watchtower Society has their own trucks.
