Allied health jobs are in demand and have very good projections for future growth which is a good indicator for job security. Medical transcription jobs have an average growth rate (according to Government data) so they are not as in-demand as other jobs in the field but still should experience growth. Like other businesses, medical transcription jobs are now also being outsourced giving hundreds to thousands of people jobs world wide and the need for medical staff always almost increasing because of the people's needs, the need for MT's also gets bigger.
