BEWARE! Megaflix is a scam site.
I'm spreading the word-- I signed up a few weeks ago, and supplied my debit card number. The site claimed that it only needed the number to verify that I was a citizen or something and that no charges would appear. I was skeptical, but saw that it had "https" so I went ahead and gave it. I guess that doesn't mean anything, because in a few days I saw a $50.00 charge on my debit card from them.
I called Chase (my bank) and told them the charge was unauthorized. They refunded me the money and took care of the dispute themselves. In a few days I received a letter in the mail from Chase that the charge WAS unauthorized and the refund was now permanent.
I got my money back, but I'm still checking daily for foreign charges. You don't want this. Don't give these -ssholes anything.
