Just the cheap version. Good chocolate milk is made with good chocolate, vanilla, and milk. Any good search engine will provide you with a good recipe. If in a pinch, the instant, a good brand, is preferred over heated chocolate milk.

∙ 12y agoHot Chocolate has more thermal energy than choclate milk because the particles in the hot choclate are warmer and are moving faster while the particals in the choclate milk move slower which makes the choclate milk colder
