Is minecraft on the nextbook p7?

I have the Nextbook 8" and can't get minecraft PE 0.6.1 or 0.7.1 to open after installing the .apk. It works fine on my GS3, but not the Nextbook... I'm going to try other versions hoping I can get this to work.
