Maybe in very high doses it can be but it will stop your breathing and kill you before you start to hallucinate.
Tip: Never take more than 1 morphine; it will stop your breathing and you will die.
The recommended dose is only half of one pill (like 0.5mg, I think (I could be wrong)) and that is only if you are in extreme pain. 1 full morpine pain pill is the vey max you could take without overdosing and dying from suffocation and that's for only if you are in excruciating pain.
So to answer your question yes, morphine, like heroin, can have some hallucinogenic properties but only in very high doses of which will kill you before you start to "trip out". NEVER try it. You'll be very sorry.
If you want to "trip" don't abuse morphine or any other opiate painkillers as they will ruin your life and you'll be very sorry, or worse, dead.
Wanna trip? Just smoke some weed, eat some "brownies", drink a beer to wash it down. That's how the cool guys do it.
