Is motor gone in 99 Galant Timing belt broke found out head gasket blown bad water pump bad thermostat Fixed all problems at shop but car still will not drive normal and now will not start.What?

I HAVE A 2003 GALANT THAT THE TIMING BELT BROKE ON AND REPLACED. iT HAS NOT RUN THE SAME SINCE THEN. I TALKED WITH AN A.S.E. CERTIFIED MECHANIC WITH 25+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND HE SAID THAT THE VALVES WERE SLIGHTLY BENT. MY CAR WOULD START AFTER THE BELT BROKE, BUT IT HASN'T RUN THE SAME SINCE. NOW I HAVE TO DECIDE WHETHER TO HAVE THE MOTOR RE-WORK, REPLACED OR BUY A NEW CAR. BUT I LOVE MY CAR AND PRIOR TO THAT INSTANCE, IT RAN BEAUTIFULLY. HOPE THIS HELPS.
