Hi, Jayden Wilcock here from Dunedin, New Zealand. I have 17 years experience in bodybuilding and would love to help.
Muscle tissue is a soft tissue that composes muscles in animal bodies, and gives rise to muscles' ability to contract. This is opposed to other components or tissues in muscle such as tendons or perimysium. It is formed during embryonic development through a process known as myogenesis.
Take regular breaks from working out. Allow your muscles enough time to recover from a strenuous workout, especially if you just started a fitness routine. Failing to take a well-needed rest for a day or two can result in muscle tears, which will make muscle recovery time even longer and may result in an ongoing injury.
Thats about all i can suggest atm. Just hold your head up and remember a smile can change a persons day or even their life.
Jay Willcock,
P.S. Find me on facebook if you need more advice.

The type of tissue that allows or produces movement is muscle tissue.
The tissue which makes up cardiac muscle has striations present. The heart, which is made up of special cardiac muscle is composed of lots of branching cells that join into a continuous mass by intercalated discs. Cardiac muscle is also known as striated involuntary muscle. This cardiac muscle tissue forms the bulk of the heart walls of each chamber. The striations in cardiac muscle are irregular, but they are present. Striated muscle is also found in skeltal muscle tissue, skeletal muscle tissue unlike cardiac muscle tissue has a regular striated structure which you can easily see through histolgy.
