Is my thirteen year old overweight beagle that still eats and drinks like normal but whimpers and shakes all the time plus is having a hard time getting up walking and standing dying?

the problem is that your it hurts your dog to be so overweight so he whimpers because i hurts and he shakes because of all the extra weight. what you need to do id to put your dog on a diet, if you feed him from the table that has got to stop and never start again, start taking him on walks daily for one hour at least and if you dont have time and you have a treadmill you can put your dog on a leash and lead your dog to walk on it.
