No, nail biting is a nervous habit. Example; someone who bites their nails my have anxiety, nervousness about something. If you take notice when you seem to bite your nails the most, then you can make changes as needed. Maybe when you listen to the news on the radio or TV it makes you uptight and sometimes even angry. Try not watching it as much. This really works. It is not a vitamin deficiency but just a bad habit like, biting ones lip, chewing on the inside on your mouth, taping your finger on the table, there are so many habits that humans create for themselves.
