i wouldn't say natural blonde hair is exactly rare in the US, but it is becoming more and more uncommon.A lot of people are dyeing their hair blonde because they want to have a beautiful blonde hair color, but not a lot of people have just the natural blonde hair color. i hope this answers ur question :)
