The phone must have symbian on it to accept sis files..If that's what you needed to know.
SIS files are Symbian and JAR files are java. The software that converts a SIS file to a JAR file is called Sis to Jar Converter 1.7.7.2.
It is not possible. I don't know which version of Symbian you mean, but Pocket PC is running some old version of Windows, Windows CE I guess but is is not possible to run Symbian apps on Pocket PC.
this conversion is not possible because sis is a symbian file(another operating system that is mainly used by nokia) & jar is java file both are not same
3D games, as long as they are in Java (.jar) format, can be played on that device. However, games that run on Symbian OS (.sis/.sisx) will not work on that model.
Nokia 5130 doesn't support SIS files. Nokia 5130 only support java (jar/jad) files.
No.
EXE files belong to the Windows OS, while SIS/SISX belong to Nokia's Symbian OS, which is the standard OS for cell phones. it is not possible to convert Windows applications into mobile applications. It is not possible to convert a Windows application into a mobile application, you need to code it from bottom to top using libraries and SDKs created for this purpose.
deep freez for me
You usually cant run Windows .exe files in symbian, but you can run or execute symbian .exe files but the have to be compiled in .sis format. There is no emulator for this but i'm working on it to develop a emulator for symbian. Please contact me- superboytahmid@aol.com for the emulator. :) And for that sis.zip, you need atleast Symbian Anna or Belle to run them properly.
because n97 supports .sis files
