Well this all depends on definition! "Christ" means "messiah" and our saviour is "God Consciousness..." No one prophet or messenger of God has a monopoly on Infinite God Consciousness.
Prophet Jesus Christ taught, "Die to the flesh" and Prophet Mohammad taught, "Die before you die."
So we die to our mortal, finite, flesh, individual consciousness and resurrect in "Infinite Spiritual consciousness."
Islam teaches that 124,000 messengers came from God. All of these messengers were "The Christ" as they all had "Supreme God consciousness."
The idea that salvation can only come through "one man" who appeared on the earth 2,000 years ago is absurd! Anyone who is on the "inner spiritual path" knows by experience that our salvation lies in transcending mortal, flesh consciousness and resurrecting in the Holy (Whole) Spirit...FULL STOP...
