If your planning on loosing weight and you decided not to eat, it's a horrible choice. Look at the "vegan" diets and books. They would help you. If you don't eat, your body will be confused, and you'll turn skinny but, you will not feel good at ALL. Try going to barns and noble and took at, "the kind diet", it's a really amazing book.
