Probably,yes. It was established that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and that it is the beginning meal that gives you the energy you need, you shouldn't wait until lunch because basically if you have lunch in the middle, then you'll most likely only have energy for the second half of the day, and that would be bad because you should have energy to go through out the entire day, not just half. I'm not an expert in nutrition, but I do know that it might ruin the reputation of your diet it you don't follow it correctly, for sure you don't get anything "good" out of skipping breakfast and having lunch. That makes a good point.

Not eating breakfast every so often is not that harmful as long as you eat healthily during the day and each as much as you can during the day. However not eating breakfast at all is terrible and could wreck you. You could get hungry during the day and it will make you always feel week and terrible. Its like not giving a car fuel. IT SIMPLY CANT MOVE! Breakfast is the most important meals. Breakfast is also recommended to be eaten everyday and should contain protein, vitamin c and carbohydrate.
