No. The education of the three poorest states of Mexico (Oaxaca, Guerrero and Chiapas) is the worst in the country.

While the "school life expectancy" of Mexico is of 13.6 years nationwide and literacy reaches the 91%, the state of Oaxaca barely reaches a literacy rate of 78% and a "school life expectancy" of 11.3 years.
