First you go to dive rock go north east for about real life time 15mins and you will come to a cave go in and talk to the old geezer next to the fire and ask about dragons and ask to buy one for 15000 gold and go out side and there will be a storm dragon ride it and hey! prestooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOTE: you will need to at least have a house to send it to or you will have a big fat dragon folowing you everywhere. Don't listen to him. You can't get a dragon in oblivion with out a mod. I did what he said and nothing happened. There is no old guy, or any cave. The only reason I'm leaving it up there is cuz i want to see how many people waste their time doing it
