As most define the word "scam", yes, it is.

Please know that any reputable modeling service or agency is going to work on commission. In other words, they won't get paid unless they find you work that gets you paid. They take a percent of what you make.

This one, on the other hand, want to charge you an "advance fee". Reportedly several hundred dollars. There is no guarantee of work.

If you think you have the ability to be a model, please call a reputable agency that works on commission.
