For a 3.2L engine use a good quality 10W30 motor oil.

All major brands of oil are good. The most important thing is to use the correct weight of oil and a quality oil filter. Purolator, Bosch, Wix, AC/Delco, & Motorcraft are all quality brands.
Olive oil is good for you. Motor oil is good for your car.
Motor oils come in different grades. The higher the grade, the better quality the motor oil. Some high end vehicles require better quality motor oil to run at their utmost. Otherwise, any grade will do.
5W20. I would choose a good-quality synthetic - Mobil 1, probably.
I use Mobil 1 10w30 works well with good quality filter.

I hate to say it, but Walmart has the cheapest good quality oil and trans fluid. Their brand name is Super Tech, and I've been using their engine oil and trans fluid for 3 years in 2 vehicles. -It's excellent quality and made by a major American refinery. -Their oil filters are also excellent value.
