I believe culture has a huge impact on a person's personality. Your born into your culture and with that you grow up and your use to your customs, and religion. Your parents dress you a certain way right when your born. You're speech will be in a certain manner because of your culture you'll dress in the way you're society wants. Your personality is all based on your culture. your culture is what makes you. and once you step into something different you will be in shock and rejection

Yes, culture can influence personality development by shaping beliefs, values, and behaviors that are considered acceptable in a particular society. Cultural norms and expectations play a significant role in how individuals express and perceive personality traits.

The general view now is half and half, its both nature and nurture. According to an old, now-out-of-use Psychology 101 textbook I had to read "Our genes shape the experiences which shape us." We can take a Daoist perspective on this actually, look at this symbol for me real quick; http://z.about.com/d/taoism/1/0/0/-/-/-/yinYang.gif You can consider the white portion (Yang) to be culture, and the black portion (Yin) to be a person's genetic predispositions, the personality traits they inherited from their parents. As that very famous symbol in the world of Martial Arts illustrates, the two are constantly interacting. Withing Yang, there is a little bit of Yin, and within Yin there is a little bit of Yang. Within culture, it could be argued, that part of culture, stems from the personalities of people who produced them, and on the opposite end of the spectrum, a person's personality is influenced by the culture they grow up in. As with the Yin/Yang symbol, the two are constantly interacting. In other words, simply put, yes, some groups of people truly are "evil," by the way the term is defined; because the two (Yin and Yang) constantly interact, that means, a people prone to evil behavior, will create a culture that actively encourages it, especially towards outsiders, or people perceived as "not our kind." With ashkenazi Jewry this has been taken to an extreme, where only white Jews are considered "Jewish." True Hebrew Jews, many of which are Iraqi and Yemeni, are not only not recognized as such, many ashkenazi cranks have stated, the ancient Hebrews never even existed in the first place some circles have even gone on to say, Abraham in fact came from Kurdistan. Now by no means am I implying, or saying outright, that ashkenazi Jews are evil, nevertheless I am saying, that you should take into consideration how culture and genetics interact with each other. Also, even in a culture prone to evil behavior there is something called "the conscience." Even back in the 1950's, not all whites were comfortable with racism. Likewise not all ashkenazi Jews are comfortable with the ideas of "chosen people" and "ashkenazi Jews can do whatever the hell they want because they are perfect." As a general rule the latter is labeled as "self hating," and also as a general rule, pointing out Israeli crimes, pointing out the crimes and inhumanity of ashkenazi Jews that are clearly unethical and simply put, just plain evil, you get branded as a lunatic. Quick word of note, it has been the practice of all evil men and women, to be manipulative and conniving. By that I mean, to facilitate their evil acts, what those people will do, is question your sanity. Look at for example, how the west labels the world of Islam as "terrorist lunatic extremists." Its not true, that white people run sweat shops, and have killed millions. Whoever says that, is crazy, psychotic, and because they are mentally unbalanced you can't trust ANYTHING they say, or do. Questioning the sanity of those who "dare" stand up to them, is a tactic of modern day evil people, never forget that. For those who question your sanity, always demand trustworthy proof backed up by a judge or police. Israelis accuse palestinians of being insane terrorist lunatics. What did the Palestinians do? They called the U.N.; now, Israel is in legal trouble. Israel told the world "those Arabs are crazy lunatics!" The U.N. said "alright; show us some proof." What the U.N. saw instead of proof that the Arabs were crazy, was poverty, misery, injustice and the grossest mistreatment of human beings, anywhere in the world. If someone brands you a psychopath, demand proof; often, malicious people, such as Natalie Portman, throw such labels around for the sake of labeling, they throw such labels around for the sake of hurting, for the sake of damaging, for the sake of destroying, however there are people in this world, who should never have been born. For instance the fact that she is an only child, is proof that her parents are so evil, they should never have bred to begin with; if all she does, is harm and destroy lives then she should not exist, period. I am not saying this because of some personal issue, because come on now, what are the odds that Natalie Portman caused ME harm right? I am saying because, I've heard rumors. Sorry; your question got me going. You will find that much injustice in the world is often rooted in stupid, pointless cultural notions. My apologies if it sounded like I was venting; trust me I wasn't, I was perfectly calm the whole time. I have a tendency to, make poor choices of words.
