I'm not 100 % but i was given fluocide forte cream by a pharmacist while abroad for a heat rash. I think it is like an antihistamine cream.

My younger brother had a skin rash and my Mum took him to our local GP and he got a massive (500g) tub of cream. The rash has gone down and he isn't scratching anymore its a good moisturiser for me too ;)
