However Pizza tends to have a lot of oil as a required part of the cooking process; and some pizza combinations can be quite nutritionally unbalanced. Therefore you cannot have a healthy diet eating pizza alone. However, if eaten in moderation and balanced by other nutritional foods, there is no reason why pizza can't be part of a normal healthy diet.
