I believe firered leafgreen is better then ruby Sapphire because the graphics are better and you are able to play the classic original Pokemon with the first 150. The challeneges and towns are great and the Pokemon are original unlike the newer ones who seem like they were rushed.

You can't really get Deoxys in Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire the only way to get it into your game is to transfer it from Firered and Leafgreen and Deoxys is located in Birth Island in Firered and Leafgreen.
